摘要
多能源动力总成控制器是混合动力汽车电子控制系统的重要组成部分,其结构、性能、通信方式直接影响到整车的控制策略和控制方式。文章提出基于CAN网络的多能源动力总成控制器解决方案,介绍了微控制器的选择与配置、CAN网络的组成与关键技术、软件结构与控制算法。试验结果表明,该方案结构合理、集成度高、可靠性强、容易实现,所研制的多能源动力总成控制器工作稳定、性能良好,满足实时性和精度要求。
Multi-energy powertrain controller is the kernel of hybrid electric vehicle electric control system. Its structure, performance, communication mode will directly affect the whole vehicle's control strategy and control mode. In this paper,the solution of multi-energy powertrain controller is given, and micro controller selection and configuration, CAN network composition and key technique,software structure and control algorithm are introduced. Experiment result shows that the solution has reasonable structure, high integration, strong reliability and can be easy realized. During the experimentation, the multi-energy powertrain controller works steadily, has high performance and meets the control need of real-time and precision.
