DEPENDENCE OF LONG RANGE CORRELATION ON RAPIDITY GAP AND NUMBER OF PARTICLE SOURCES IN HIGH ENERGY h-h COLLISIONS

研究了长程关联对快度间隔的依赖性。研究结果表明,实验上观察到的这种依赖性排除了仅有一个粒子源的可能性,支持有三个粒子源的图象。

The dependence of long range correlation on rapidity gap is studied. It is shown that the experimentally observed characteristics in this dependence excludes the possibility of only one particle source and supports the three particle sources picture.
