摘要
介绍一种高性价比虚拟示波器的研制。该示波器硬件模块的设计中提出一种新颖的变换取样技术———同步分频步进取样,选用价廉低速的A/D转换芯片(AD574)实现了50MHz的仪器带宽,具有较高的性价比。与PC机的连接方式采用灵活方便的USB串口方式。阐述了该虚拟示波器基于LabVIEW的软件设计。该仪器在高频电子线路实验及音频信号的测试与分析中得到应用,并实现了对建筑材料断裂试验的测量与分析。
The research of high performance-price ratio virtual oscillograph is introduced. A new transform sampling technology is brought forward in the hardware design. The 50MHz oscillograph bandwidth is realized by using the cheap and slow A/D (AD574), so the virtual oscillograph has high performance-price ratio. The USB serial interface between PC and the oscillograph hardware is used. The software design based on LabVIEW is expounded. The virtual oscillograph has been used in high frequency circuit experiment, audio measurement and building materials break test.
