摘要
报导了邻香草醛与丙氨酸所形成的席夫碱配体及其Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)的配合物,并对它们进行了表征和抗菌活性试验,结果表明合成的新化合物与预期的相符。化合物中除了o-VACu对白色念珠球菌,o-VANi对新型隐球菌无杀菌作用外,其它化合物在试验条件下对上述两种真菌均有一定的杀菌作用。
In this thesis the Schiff base derived from σ-Vanillin and Alanine and its complexes of Copper(Ⅱ), Zinc(Ⅱ) and Nickel(Ⅱ) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV/Vis, electrical conductivity measurement. The results of antifungal activity tests of the compounds indicated that besides σ-VACu to neoformans and σ-VANi to leuconostoc, the other compounds have antifungal activity against neoformans and leuconostoc under experimental condition.
