热休克蛋白与肿瘤免疫治疗

摘要 100多年来,人类就试图通过激活患者免疫系统的功能来治疗肿瘤,尽管其中一些方法显示出了一定的临床效果,但是主动免疫还没有成为成熟的肿瘤治疗措施.随着分子生物学技术的进步以及肿瘤免疫学中T细胞机制的深入了解,使人类认识到肿瘤抗原可以被T细胞识别并引起排斥反应,对肿瘤疫苗的研究也有了很大进展,为人类对肿瘤的综合治疗增添了新的手段.
