STUDIES ON THE WITTIG REACTION (Ⅹ Ⅳ) Anion Effects in the Wittig Reaction of Benzylic Phosphonium Ylids

合成了一系列苄基型季鏻盐,利用它们与对氯苯甲醛在不同碱(其它条件相同)下的Wittig反应,探讨了阴离子对Wittig反应立体化学的影响,结果表明阴离子效应与碱有关,并讨论了阴离子的作用。

In order to investigate anion effects in the Wittig reaction, a series of benzylic phosphonium salts were prepared and their Wittig reaction with 4-chlorobenzaldehyde were carried out under the unified conditions but different bases. The anion effect showed clear dependency on the base used. A tentative discussion was given.
