复方表皮生长因子漱口剂的合成与疗效分析

The synthesis and analysis of effect of the mixture gargle of epidermal grouth factor

目的 设计研究一种治疗口腔厌氧菌感染的表皮生长因子复方制剂的处方和制备工艺 ,并对其临床疗效与不含表皮生长因子的类似产品进行对照观察。方法 参照类似产品设计处方 ,建立含量测定方法 ,与不含表皮生长因子的类似产品 ,进行疗效对照观察。结果 产品口感好 ,含有表皮生长因子的复方漱口剂治愈时间短、治愈率较类似产品提高近 2 4 %。结论 制剂口感好 ,含量测定方法简便可靠 ,临床疗效优于不含表皮生长因子的类似产品 。

Objective To design on anagraph and produce an mixture gargle including EGF to treat the anaerobe infect of buccal cavity. We Observed and compared the clinical effect of the mixture pharmaceutics with the parallel produce without EGF. Methods We designedan anagraph according to similar produce and found. The methods to determinate content. We observed and compared the clinical effect with parallel produce without EGF. Results The produce was good feeling to eat. The cure time was shorter. The rate of healing rised nearly 24%. Conclusion The pharmaceutics was good feeling to eat. The method of determination content was reliable. The Clinical effect was better than the parallel produce without EGF. The stability shall be demonstrated later.
