摘要
面对东部产业集群现象对西部经济发展"梯度转移"理论的挑战,发展西部特色产业日益引起人们的重视。对特色产业进行组织创新、发挥集群资源竞争优势、培育特色产业集群成为西部特色产业发展的重要选择。
When industrial cluster phenomena brings great challenges for the gradient transfer theory, the development of specialized industry attracts more and more attention. It is necessary to carry out the system innovation in specialized industries, make use of the advantage of cluster competition ability and develop specialized industries cluster.
