摘要
用不同包装材料和包装方式对银丝菜常温贮藏的效果、还原型维生素C及还原糖含量的变化进行研究。结果表明,在常温贮藏下,0.04mm的打孔聚乙烯塑料袋包装可以较好地保持银丝菜的还原型维生素C和还原糖含量。
The preservation effects of fresh Brassica juncea var. multisecta packed with different wrapping bags at room temperature were studied. The experimental results showed that 0.04 mm thickness wrapping bag could keep brassica juncea var. multisecta with higher content of vitamin C and reducing sugar than other wrappings at room temperature.
