Chinese Enterprise's Multinational Operation Behaviors in Timing Decision in Transitional Economy

该文分析了转轨经济中中国企业跨国经营的时机决策行为,并沿着平迭克的战略期权模型的分析思路,就制度因素对跨国经营时机的影响进行了定量分析。研究发现,中国企业面临的制度环境决定了处于转轨经济时期的中国企业在跨国经营方面具有提前的趋势。这一结论得到了一些事实的支持。

Based on new institutional economics, a research framework which analyzes the timing decision of Chinese enterprises multinational operation has been established. In terms of institutional factors, the timing decision of FDIs made by Chinese enterprises is analyzed with strategy option model. The result shows that the institutional factors determine that the behaviors of multinational operation incline to be ahead of the schedule. This trend has been proved by some facts.
