非营利组织员工素质模型建构初探

摘要 随着社会的发展 ,人力资源的重要性日益彰显 ,已经成为营利组织的核心资源。对于非营利组织来说 ,人力资源作为资产的重要性 ,更是不言自明的 ,组织的有效发展更直接地取决于对人力资本的运作和投资。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究的基础上初步探讨如何建构适合我国国情的非营利组织员工素质模型 ,并分析了模型建构对增强我国非营利组织人力资源管理效率及促进我国非营利组织发展的作用及影响。 With the development of the society, human resource is becoming increasingly important, and has become the core resource of business organizations. For nonprofit organization, the importance of human resource—the asset—is more self-evident. The effective development of organizations lies in good management and investment on human resource. The article discusses how to form a quality mode for nonprofit organization employees that fits Chinese situation on the basis of analyzing foreign researches. Ant it analyzes the effects of the mode on improving the human resource management efficiency of Chinese nonprofit organizations and promoting the development of Chinese nonprofit organizations.
