摘要 在一台具有独立气体回路的液氦温区G M型二级脉管制冷机上 ,采用3He为第二级制冷工质 ,获得了 1 2 7K的最低无负荷制冷温度。研究表明 ,以3He为第二级工质 ,该系统在 2K ,3K和 4 2K ,分别可以提供 4 2mW ,2 0 5 5mW和 5 18 3mW的制冷量 ,第一级和第二级压缩机相应的输入功率分别为 4 3kW (LeyboldCP4 0 0 0氦压缩机 )和 1 3kW (LeyboldRW 2氦压缩机 )。与两级均采用4 He工质的情况相比 ,在相同的条件下 (相同的压缩机耗功 :4 3kW + 1 3kW ) ,第二级采用3He为工质 ,使得该二级脉管制冷机在 4 2K的制冷量提高了 4 0 5 %。 A minimum no-load temperature of 1.27 K with 3He as the working fluid of the second stage was achieved on a two-stage pulse tube cooler. The cooler can pro vide 42 mW, 205 mW and 518 mW at 2.0 K, 3.0 K and 4.2 K with 1.3 kW input po wer to the second stage compressor Leybold RW2 and 4.3 kW to the first stage c ompressor Leybold CP4000, respectively. For the same compressor consumption powe rs (4.3 kW+1.3 kW), the cooling power with 3He at 4.2 K is 40.5% higher th an that with 4He.
