摘要
现代的生产系统不再是单纯的机械设备的组合了,而是由机械、电子、自动化控制等学科共同 作为他们的基础了。通过一个在手机键盘自动化生产线的纠偏机构的设计,对该机构的机械设 计、参数计算、误差估计等方面进行分析。提出了一种基于模糊控制技术的纠偏机构的控制方 法,为进行控制系统及产品设计打下基础。
Modern manufacturing system has not been only a composition of mechanical equipment,but composed by the basic of mechanism, electronics and automatic control. In this paper ,we will design a partial adjust mechanism for a automatically manufacturing line on mobilephone key . We will analyze the machine design, parameter account and error estimate. Amethod of fuzzy control against partial adjusts mechanism based on fuzzy is proposed. Soas to found a foundation for a better control system and design for product .
