昆布多糖对实验性高血糖大鼠治疗作用的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的 :运用中医学“药食同源”的原理 ,研究昆布多糖 ( Thallus LaminariaePolysaccharides,TLP)对实验性高血糖大鼠血糖、糖耐量和血清胰岛素水平的影响 ,旨在开辟治疗糖尿病的新途径。方法 :Wister大鼠 30只 ,体重 2 5 0± 2 0 g腹腔注射四氧嘧啶 ( 1 2 0 mg/ kg)建立糖尿病动物模型 ,随机分成四组 ,分别用生理盐水、低剂量 ( 1 2 5 mg/ kg)昆布多糖、高剂量 ( 2 5 0 mg/kg)昆布多糖及盐酸二甲双胍灌胃 ,试验期 2 1天 ,观察、比较昆布多糖的降血糖疗效。结果 :昆布多糖有明显的降血糖作用 ,其作用有时效性、剂量性 ,而且高剂量组的降血糖效果与药物对照组在统计学上无明显差异。在试验期内昆布多糖能明显改善高血糖大鼠的糖耐量 ,而对血清胰岛素水平的影响不明显。结论 :昆布多糖有显著的降血糖、改善糖耐量作用 ,其作用非通过胰岛素。 Objective: To study the effect of Thallus Laminariae Polysacecharides (TLP) on experimental rats' blood sugar, close of sugar endurance and serum insulin by the T.C.M theory of that medicine and food has the same source, in order to seek after a new way in treating diabetes. Methods: 30 Wister rats with weight of 250±20g were made into diabetic animal models by injected with Alloxan in their belly. Then they were randomly divided into 4 groups, and each group was fed with physical brine, low dose (125mg/kg) of TLP, high dose (250mg/kg) of TLP and Dimethyl Biguanide Hydrochloric Acid for 21 days respectively. The curative effect of TLP was observed and compared. Results: TLP had obvious decrease-sugar effect, which had some relation to its time and dose, and there were no significant difference on decrease-sugar effect between high dose of TLP group and control group. TLP could significantly improve diabetic rat's dose of sugar endurance, while had no obvious effect on the level of serum insulin. Conclusion: TLP has significant effect on decreasing blood sugar and improve dose of sugar endurance, whichdoes not affect insulin.
