摘要
目的 :观察艾迪注射液治疗恶性胸腹水的疗效。方法 :排尽胸腹水后腔内单药灌注艾迪注射液治疗不能耐受或拒绝腔内化疗的恶性胸腹水患者 2 4例 ,艾迪注射液胸腔每次灌注 5 0 ml,腹腔每次灌注 1 0 0 ml,每周 2次 ,3周为 1个疗程。结果 :1 6例恶性胸水中 ,缓解 ( CR) 3例 ,部分缓解( PR) 8例 ,稳定 ( NC) 5例 ,总有效率 68.8%。8例恶性腹水中 ,CR 1例 ,PR 4例 ,NC 3例 ,总有效率62 .5 %。本组 2 4例中 ,生活质量提高 1 2例 ,稳定 6例 ,降低 6例。结论 :艾迪注射液腔内治疗恶性胸腹水疗效可靠 ,生活质量提高 ,无明显毒副作用 。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Aidi injection in treating the virulent succus inside the thorax and belly. Methods: 24 cases with virulent succus inside thorax and belly who could not resistant or reject chemical therapy were affused in their cavity with Aidi injection after their succus inside thorax and belly, with 50ml of Aidi injection once in thorax and 100ml once in belly, twice a week and 3 weeks as a course of treatment. Results: there were 3 cases of CR, 8 cases of PR and 5 cases of NC in 16 cases with virulent succus inside thorax, whose total effectiverate was 68.8%. There were 1 case of CR, 4 cases of PR and 3 cases of NC in 8 cases with virulent succus inside belly. There were 4 cases with improved, 6 cases with stable and 6 cases with lower subsistence qulity. Conclusion: Aidi injection treating inside cavity has a credible curative effect on virulent succus inside the thorax and belly, which can improve patients' subsistence qulity without obvious noxious and side effect. It's especially fitted for treating late period patients who couldn't resistant chemical therapy inside their cavity.
