摘要
把带通滤波、Hilbert变换和细化(ZOOM)技术巧妙地融于一体,避免了时域中的数字滤波和Hilbert变换运算,从而为在微型计算机上实时计算包络谱的细化提供了一种快速算法.文中还将该方法应用于齿轮箱故障诊断.
To zoom an envelope power spectrum on a microcomputer, it is necessary for a long series of discrete envelope data to be filtered and Hilbert transformed, which involves too much calculation and too many storage units to effect real-time implementation. A new fast algorithm with band-pass filtering, Hilbert Transformation (HT) and the zooming technique merged together so that direct calculation of digital filtering and HT in the time domain is obviated is proposed. This method has been applied in gearbox fault diagnosis.
