摘要 介绍了一种新型的基于CCD激光千分尺的铁路列车轮对轴颈检测系统。该系统采用了差动测量模式和在线自动校准方法 ,能够对列车轮对轴颈直径、防尘板座直径和轴颈长度进行全自动的非接触式测量 ,具有精度高、速度快、抗干扰能力强。 A new type railway train wheel-set journal inspection system based on CCD laser mic-(rometer) is described. In the system, the thought of differential measurement mode and automatic on-line alignment are applied, so as to make the fully automatic non-contact measurement of the train wheel-set journal diameter, dust guard seat diameter and axle journal length. It has such advantages as high precision, rapid speed, strong anti-interference capacity and simple operation.
