摘要
研制了基于STD总线工业控制机的通用3D联动CNC系统.由于采取一系列“硬件软化”措施,因此提高了系统的功能和可靠性,解决了电网突然掉电时的加工现场保护问题,并且开发了算法简单、无累积误差的空间圆弧插补方法.系统已在鞋模和凸轮CAD/CAM一体化系统中长期使用,证明是成功的.
This paper presents an STD-BUS computer-based CNC system for 3-D dependent machining developed by the authors. The system function and reliability are satisfactory with the application of softwares instead of hard wares. The machining status can be protected when a sudden power cut-off occurs. A spatial circular are interpolation algorithm is developed. The system developed has been successfully used in both shoe mold and cam CAD/ CAM systems.
