成型面叶片型面的数学模型及其应用

摘要 成型面叶片是指叶片型面沿叶高各截面内背弧型线的圆弧半径不随叶高变化、均相同的叶片,即可用成型铣刀加工出来的叶片.通过对成型面叶片型面成形规律的分析,运用三维几何变换理论,推导出了这类叶片型面的通用数学模型.应用该模型可推导出各种特殊成型面叶片型面的数学模型,从而可由这类叶片的零件图直接求出其型面的数学模型,为这类叶片型面的加工与测量奠定了理论基础. The forming blade is a kind of blade in which the circular radius of the back are profile in each blade section does not vary with the height, that is, it can be machined with a form milling cutter. A general mathematical model has been developed after an investigation of the forming principle. With the theory of three-dimensional geometric transformation, mathematical expressions for the coordinates of the center of profile arc, the connecting arc of the radii and center coordinates of gas input and output edges, the maximum profile thickness are derived. Mathematical models for all kinds of profile of special forming blades can be derived directly from the blueprints of their parts. A computing program has been written.
