摘要
研究了二维轮廓加工的刀具补偿.引入运动矢量和刀具半径矢量的概念,对直线到直线、直线到圆弧、圆弧到直线和圆弧到圆弧之间各种转接情况进行了分析,综合为两个统一公式计算,大大简化了CNC系统的刀具补偿的计算量.该算法已成功地用于计算机数控系统设计中.
This paper deals with the cutter compensation for 2-D contour machining by employing the concept of the cutter motion vector and cutter radius vector. Transitions from linear to linear,linear to circular,circular to linear and circular to circular are analyzed and two unified formulae have been obtained. The calculating amount of cutter compensation in a CNC system is found to have been greatly reduced.
