摘要
结合高速强化柴油机连杆结构的发展趋势,本文阐述了B6135Z 增压型柴油机连杆设计的特点:采用短连杆、楔型小头、“大圆弧”型杆身截面、增强刚度的平切口连杆大头和柔性连杆螺栓。用“变厚度平面应力有限元法”校核B6135 连杆强度,并对连杆实物作应力测试,从而为更好地设计连杆创造了条件。
Taking design trend of high-speed high-output diesel engine connectingrod into consideration,following construction features of model B6135Zturbocharged diesel engine are presented:short connecting rod,taper small-end of rod,large fillet rod shank,increased strength and unique straight cutof rod big-end,and flexible cap bolt.Two-dimensional finite elementanalysis with variable thickness correction was employed to examine thestrength of B6135 connecting rod and experimental stress measurement wasalso made to pave the way to better design.
