牙冠延长术后最佳修复时机的选择

目的 探讨牙冠延长术后如何选择最佳的修复时机。方法 运用翻瓣联合骨切除的方法行牙冠延长术 ,选择术后 1周 (拆线 )时松动度 (movabledegree ,MD)为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度、缺损最深位点处暴露于龈上 - 1～ 1mm的 2 8颗患牙 ,记录术后 1周 (拆线 )、2～ 3周、4～ 5周、6～ 8周及 6个月的不同时期的MD和该位点处龈缘位置的变化情况 ,进行比较分析。结果 在术后 4～ 5周之内 ,MD及龈缘位置有显著改变 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而在 4～ 5周以后两项指标均无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 牙冠延长术后 4～ 5周为永久性修复的最佳时机 ,它既不会影响到修复后的美观和功能的恢复 。

Objective To explore the optimal restoration timing after crown lengthening surgery.Methods All 28 teeth underwent crown lengthening by combining flap surgery and osteoectomy were chosen(MD Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree and gingival defect marge -1～1 mm).The clinical outcomes including the change of MD and the gingival marge location were examined at 1,2～3,4～5,6～8 weeks and 6 months after surgery.Results There were no significant differences from 4～5 weeks after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion The best restoration timing was 4～5 weeks after surgery.
