未破裂型输卵管妊娠136例阴道超声声像分析

Transvaginal sonography analysis of unruptured fallopian tube pregnancy

目的 探讨未破裂型输卵管妊娠阴道超声声像特征及误诊原因。方法 回顾性分析经临床和病理对比的 136例未破裂型输卵管妊娠病例的阴道超声声像特征。结果 宫外胚囊声像 35例 ,卵巢旁小包块 5 8例 ,盆腔一侧橄榄形或管状包块 4 3例 ,误诊 5例。结论 未破裂型输卵管妊娠阴道超声声像有一定特征 ,其共性为卵巢旁境界清晰 。

Objective To assess the image character and misdiagnosis of unruptured fallopian tube pregnancy.Methods One hundred and thirty six cases by transvaginal sonography(TVS) with the results of operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results 35 cases presented gestation sac images,58 cases presented mass beside ovary,54 cases presented olive mass or tube mass in a side of tubbing.5 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion Transvaginal sonography image of unruptured fallopian tube pregnancy has general character,e.g. asymmetry mass of rule shape and clarity of amibit beside ovary.
