军队医院机构调整改革的思考

目前军队医院组织结构设置存在层次过多、分工过细、职能交叉、效率低下等问题。军队医院组织机构调整改革是医学模式转变的需要 ,是医疗体制改革的需要 ,是军队编制体制改革的需要 ,是适应现代军事斗争的需要 ,是医院信息化建设的需要。军队医院的组织机构应从结构型向功能型、从纵高型向扁平型、从“大而全”向“小而精”、从直线型向网络型。

The article analyzed the problems existing in current military hospital organization, such as excessive administration level, meticulous division of labor, overlapping functional authority, low efficiency and so on. The author pointed out that the military hospital organization reform was adapted to the change of medical science mode, the reform of medical treatment system, the reform of military organizational establishment system, the requirement of modern military fighting and hospital information construction. The military hospital organization should innovate from construction type to function type, from depth type to landscape orientation type, from big and whole type to mini type, from line type to network type and from frangibility to elasticity.
