目的 :为军队医院提高科研效益提供理论指导。方法 :军队医院科研效益影响因素很多 ,本文应用灰色理论中关联度定量分析法 ,对影响科研效益五个主要因素进行排序。结果 :依重要性大小依次为 :政策因素、人才因素、经费因素、科管队伍和支撑条件。结论

Objective: The achievement of this study could be used to guide the scientific research for enhancing its efficiency in military hospitals. Methods: There are many factors influencing the benefits of scientific research in military hospital . The author arranged five main factors influencing benefit of scientific research in military hospital with association quantitative analysis in grey systems theory. Results: The result shows the sequence in accordance with importance are: policy, talent, fund, administrative team and support condition.Conclusion: It is useful and valuable to instruct scientific research management.
