Construction of Degree Conferment Subjects

博士、硕士学位授权学科是开展研究生教育的基础和依托 ,作为“医院、学院两位一体”办学模式的基本单位 ,学位授权学科的建设状况直接关系到医院、学院的长远发展。本文作者结合工作实践 ,就目前我院学位授权学科建设中存在的普遍问题进行了分析 ,并从学科定位和发展规划、学科人才队伍、学科教学投入、学科评估等四个方面提出了一些针对性的解决和改进措施 。

Subjects that concern conferment of doctoral and master degrees are the base of graduate training. As the basic unit of “an integrated system of hospital and school” model, the development of subjects concerned is directly related to the long-term development of the hospital and school. The authors of the present paper, based on their first-hand experience, have analyzed the universal problems in the development of subjects concerned, put forward pertinent solutions and suggestions in the areas of disciplinary localization and developmental strategy, talent resources, investment in training programs and assessment of subjects, meanwhile probed into the influencing relations in the development of the subjects concerned with degree conferment.
