摘要 以社会经济发展战略决策支持系统为背景,从过程控制的观点论述了描述对象系统行为的具有积分约束条件的最优控制模型及其解的两种最优控制律的理论意义和实用方面的局限性,随之展示出富有实效的数字仿真模型的多种选择可能性,指出建立仿真模型体系乃是一类决策支持系统的根本性工作,强调了人工智能的引进旨在运用作为知识(机器蕴涵的认知系统)的系统模型使决策支持过程自动化. This paper is concerned with an optimal control model and its solution associated with a set of integral constraints. The performance of the objective system is described using the theory of process control underlying the socio-economic development strategic decision support system. Two types of solution (the schedule of controls) are given and the theoretical significance as well as the limitations to their application are explained. Various selection possibilities according to the features of the real world problem are given. A digital- simulation model system essential to a class of decision support system is developed. It is emphasized that the introduction of AI into the DSS is aimed at using the model system as the machine knowledge cognizing system in the machine so as to automate the support process of decision making.
