Designing Planning and Management Information System of the Shanghai International Automobile City Using GIS Technology

本文通过上海安亭国际汽车城规划信息系统构建的实例,探讨了如何从系统需求分析入手,借助地理信息系统(GIS)技术设计地块或小区域功能信息系统的思路和过程。同时,对于利用GIS建立城市规划信息系统的一般方法与问题作了一定的探讨。

This paper uses the sample of designing the Shanghai Anting International Automobile City′s information system to discuss how to analyses the needs of an information system, to find the thoughts and courses in using GIS technology and design the area function information system. Meanwhile, it discusses also the general method and issues in using GIS technology to set up an urban planning information system. It tries to use GIS to carry on auxiliary to manage urban planning, to concentrate, combine and get space for large amount of planning information. And also, it shows and analyses the ability to make various kinds of visual information through GIS space to improve information getting ocular and expand the using value of different kinds of information greatly.
