A Method on Minimizing the Sum of Deviations to Transform Decision Making Unit into DEA Efficient

某决策单元为非 DEA有效 ( C2 R或 C2 GS2 ) ,为了将它变为 DEA有效 ,在找出其对应点附近的一些有效前沿面的基础上 ,给出了使其对应点与这些有效前沿面上的点的输入、输出的偏差和最小的方法 .

There is a decision making unit corresponding to (X 0, Y 0), which is not DEA efficient (C2R or C2GS2) for outpnt-based model. To transform it into DEA efficient, on the basis of findng out some efficient frontier hyperplanes nearby (X 0, Y 0), this paper gives a method on minimzing the sum of deviations in output and input between (X 0,Y 0) and any point lying on these efficient frontier hyperplanes.
