计入摩擦力和惯性力的三叉式万向联轴器受力分析 被引量:2

An Analysis of Forces Acting on a Tripode Type Universal Joint with Frictional and Inertial Forces Taken into Consideration

摘要 针对工程实际,对同时计入摩擦力和惯性力作用下的三叉式万向联轴器的受力提出了一种分析模型.利用此模型建立了既简单又实用的三叉式联轴器的力学表达式,并结合实例对这种联轴器的受力进行了数值分析.力分析的结果可为轴承的设计提供理论依据和参考,其简化的计算公式为工程计算提供了方便. A mechanical model is presented for the reaction force of a tripode type universal joint with frictional and inertial forces applied simultaneously. Based on the force equilibrium e-quation, the expressions for the force and moment have been worked out with coordinate transformation and some simplification. Useful conclusions are drawn.
