摘要
目的 :观察酒精对小鼠心肌的影响。方法 :每日用不同量的酒精给小鼠灌胃 ,2个月后测小鼠血清中谷草转氨酶 (GOT)的含量 ,并做心脏HE病理切片。结果 :2个月后大剂量组小鼠GOT含量有明显升高 ,并且有比较严重的病理变化。小剂量组小鼠GOT含量无明显变化 ,而心肌的病理变化类似大剂量组。结论 :相同浓度不同剂量的酒精对小鼠心肌有不同程度的损害。
AIM: To investigate of the effect of alcohol on the myocardium of mouse. METHODS: Mice were drunk with different dose of alcohol. The s pecimen of mouse's heart was observed by the means of HE dye, and the GOT level in serum was also measured. RESULTS: After 2 months, compared with control group , the GOT level in experiment group of large dosage was increased significantly (P<0.05) with bad pathological changes. However, the GOT level in experiment group of little dose did not change obviously, but pathological changes of myocardium resembled those of the large-dose group. CONCLUSION: The same consistence and different dose of alcohol have different degree damage to the myocardium of mouse
