摘要 目的 :研究高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞 β2 受体密度与心脏不同几何构型之间的关系。方法 :采用放射性配基结合分析法 ,测定不同心脏构型高血压病患者 91例外周血淋巴细胞的 β2 受体密度 ,并与正常人 31例对照。结果 :与对照组比较 ,向心性重构 (CCR)及向心性肥厚 (CCH)组 β2 受体密度显著增加 ,离心性肥厚 (ECH)组 β2 受体密度显著减少 ,而正常几何构型 (NG)组无明显变化。结论 :高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞 β2 受体密度与其心脏的几何构型有关。 AIM: To study the relationship between beta 2-adreno re ceptor density and different left ventricular geometry in EH patients. M ETHODS: 91 EH patients were included in study and 31 healthy subjects wer e used as control. beta 2-adrenoreceptor maximum bound volume (β 2max) i n peripheral lymphocytes was measured by 3H-DHA radio ligand binding. Lef t ventricular geometry was studied by using two-dimensional echocardiography. RESULTS:β 2max was significantly higher in the CCR and CCH g roups of the EH patients than the normotensive control subjects, but was signif icantly lower in the ECH group and there was no significant change in the NG gro up. CONCLUSION:β 2max was correlated with left ventricular r emodeling and left ventricular systolic function in the patients EH. Its change could reflect the forms of left ventricular remodeling.
