超声引导下瘤体内注射凝血酶治疗外周血管医源性假性动脉瘤 被引量:1

摘要 随着各种经皮血管介入手术广泛开展及围手术期抗凝药物的应用 ,外周血管医源性假性动脉瘤的发生逐年增加。表现为穿刺部位搏动性肿块 ,可伴有局部疼痛 ,患肢活动受限及神经功能障碍 ,可出现损伤大出血、感染、栓塞、动静脉漏等。以前的常规治疗为外科修复。相对较小瘤腔局部持续手压或机械压迫后加压包扎或超声引导下按压修复 ,具有一定疗效 ,但易出现局部皮肤坏死、深静脉血栓形成及迷走反射导致低血压休克。仍有部分患者需外科干预。在超声引导下通过穿刺针将凝血酶注入瘤腔内促进血栓形成 ,从而闭合医源性假性动脉瘤瘤腔 ,治愈率高 ,并发症较少 ,可较好解决这一问题。
