摘要
针对生产中存在的浮选精煤灰分高于外销精煤灰分的实际情况 ,探讨了降低浮选精煤灰分的途径 :采用水力旋流器与浮选柱相结合的分级浮选工艺和重介旋流器与细泥浮选柱配合的工艺流程 ,可以降低精煤灰分 ,提高精煤产率。
In view of the problem confronted that ash content of flotation concentrate being higher than of final sale product,measure for lowering the former being Inquired;employed was such process consisting classified-feed flotation by conjunction of classifying cyclone and flotation column and coordination of HM cyclone and fine-slime flotation column that low ash concentrate attained at high yield.
