摘要  介绍了一种新颖的系统级可测试性设计策略.该策略通过划分系统,增加测试功能块,实现系统等级测试,可大幅度提高系统的可测试性,降低其全寿命周期费用,提高系统的"完整质量".还阐述了设计过程中需要注意的问题.并预见这种设计策略将在诸多领域得到成功的应用和发展. A new method of the system level design for measurability is introduced in this paper. This approach is mainly to partition the system, add test function unit, and realize system rank test in the end. Its application can greatly improve the system measurability, reduce its total life cycle cost, and enhance its \!integrity quality\'. In addition, some problems that should be noticed in the process of design are mentioned in the final. It can be predicted that this new method will successfully be applied and developed in many fields.
