铸件凝固过程的微观组织数值模拟研究进展 被引量:4

摘要  对目前国内外铸件凝固过程微观组织数值模拟的研究进行了回顾.重点介绍了铸件凝固组织模拟的3类方法确定性方法、随机性方法、相场方法.评述了当前使用的数学模型的特点及局限性.总结了微观组织数值模拟研究的现状及其发展趋势. Domestic and foreign progresses in numerical simulation of cast solidification microstructures are reviewed in this paper. Three numerical methods, deterministic method, probabilistic method and phase field method employed in this field, are presented. The present problems and development tendency are also pointed out.
