摘要
高校与在校大学生之间的法律关系一直缺乏明确的法律界定,这一关系总体上是一种民事法律关系,其中又包含了诸如招生权、处分权、学生财产权、人身权的保护等特定内容。
There is still no clear legal definition for the legal relations between the institution of higher learning and the undergraduates. Such a relation is generally a civil legal relation and it also embodies the specially designated contents, such as the enrollment right, the punishment right, the protection of student's property right and right of person,etc.
