基于量脚制鞋的足部三维特征指标研究

Research on foot characteristic sizes based on Made-to-Measure

由于鞋与足的不匹配会使足部产生疾病,所以要对人体脚型有充分的了解,制造出符合人体脚型的鞋子.使用德国TecMath三维非接触激光扫描系统进行人体足部扫描,并在AutoCAD中进行了足部关键部位的数据采集,分析总结出了用于描述人体足部形状的六个特征指标.这六个特征指标将应用于基于足部形状的鞋的匹配设计研究.

The illness of foot is caused by the unmatched shoes ,so we must acquire the shape of foot and make the shoes appropriate. Analysis on the feet data collected by TechMath body scanner system was made in this paper. Six characteristic sizes are extracted to describe human foot shape, which contribute most to the Made-to-Measure manufacturing of shoes with perfect fitness.
