陕西省工业战略产业的选择

The choice of strategic industry in Shaanxi province

结合陕西省工业发展情况,根据战略产业选择的原则,选出了10项战略产业评价指标,利用Weaver-Thomas模型与FoxBASE+计算机语言得出了16个战略产业,并分析与评价了选择出的结果.陕西处在从重工业化向高加工度化转变的阶段初期,制约陕西工业发展的因素为:加工工业的规模不够大、工业战略产业系统技术水平低、技术进步速度慢等.最后,提出了发展战略产业、促进经济快速增长的建议.

According to Shaanxi province industry development circumstances and the principle of the (industrial) selection, the combination of 10 strategies industrial evaluation quotas were selected. Having (utilized) Weaver-Thomas's model 16 strategy industries with computer language of FoxBASE^+ was reached and the result selected has been appraised. Shaanxi is in stage changing from heavy industry to (industrialization). The factor that restricts the Shaanxi industry development is the smaller scale of (processing) (industry) and the lower technology standard of industry strategy and the slower technology advance (speed). (Finally),(the) (suggestion) of developing the strategy industry to promote the quick increases of (economy) is (put) (forward).
