In recent years,digesting of our country's bad assets of commercial bank has been put in leading group's agenda.In this article,the writer firstly analyses the overall state of bad assets of commercial bank of our country,and then combining the successful experience of China and foreign countries put forward the solution.Hoping that it is beneficial to dissolve the bad assets of our commercial banks.
