摘要
员工工作满意度直接影响工作绩效,要设计合理有效的激励体系就必须研究员工的工作满意度。本文通过对西部高科技企业员工工作满意度调查,分析了工作满意度的决定因素和西部高科技企业员工满意度的水平,意在诊断西部高科技企业存在的激励体系问题,并提出改革现行激励体系的基本思路。
Employee's job satisfaction directly affects the work results.To design the effective motivation system,we must study the employee's job satisfaction.This article analyzes the determinants and the level of high-tech enterprise's employee job satisfaction by the survey.The intention of the article is to find the problem in western high-tech enterprise motivation systems,and to bring up the principium opinions of the reform.
