摘要
研究了影响裂褶菌丝生长的碳源、氮源和碳氮比。结果表明 ,裂褶菌丝生长的最适碳源是葡萄糖 ,最适氮源是蛋白胨 ,最适碳氮比是 4 0∶1。
The effect of C-sources,N-sources and C/N ratio in the culture medium of mycelia growth of Schizophyllum commune was studied in this paper.It showed that the optimum C-source was glucose and the optimum N-source was peptone and the optimum C∶N ratio was 40∶1.
