摘要
鲜猴头在 2 0℃的贮藏温度下 ,具有明显的呼吸跃变过程。跃变发生后 ,腐烂率和腐烂指数急剧增加 ,只能存放 3d。 0℃的低温可明显降低猴头的呼吸强度 ,抑制呼吸跃变的发生 ,与 2 0℃相比 ,延长贮藏保鲜期 17d。在低温贮藏的 6种处理中 ,以 - 1℃不打孔聚乙烯袋密封包装贮藏效果最佳。
Hericium has an apparent process of respiratory climacteric at the storage temperature of 20℃.Decay degree and decay index increase rapidly and Hericium can only be left for three days after climacteric.The low temperature of 0℃ can reduce the rate of respiration and restrain respiratory climacteric.Compared to 20℃,the storage and fresh-keeping time were extended 17 days.After 20 days'tests,storage effect of Hericium which were packed hermetically with no hole polyethylene bags at -1℃ was the best in six different treatments under low temperature.
