摘要
本文介绍了对化油器主油系工作过程试验研究的结果。文章通过在单喉管模型化油器上所做试验,对喉管中空气的流场分布、主喷口出油对空气流场的干扰、油系中两相流动的特点、油系中各环节上压力损失情况等问题做了分析和研究,从而对化油器工作的特点有了更深一步的认识,为正确建立化油器模拟计算的物理模型提供了依据,并提出了“化油器CAD 方法”研究工作的重点。
An experimental study on the working process of main metering systemof carburetor was carried out on a model carburetor with single venturi.Airflow field in the venturi,interaction between fuel flow from jet and airflow field,behavior of two-phase flow in the tube of small bore,pressurelosses in elements of fuel passage,etc.,were investigated.It may be of helpto developing a physical model for carburetor simulation.
