主副燃烧室分层燃烧湍流强度模拟新方法

摘要 为解决应用准维模型计算汽油机主副燃烧室分层充气燃烧过程的适用性,根据主副燃烧室中气体流动过程的质量和能量交换关系,并考虑到主副燃烧室相对容积比和喉口截面积等几何结构尺寸的影响因素,提出了湍流强度模拟的新方法.计算结果表明,该湍流强度模拟方法不仅适用于主副燃烧室,而且有利于提高热力模型的计算精度. A new turbulence intensity simulating method for a stratified charge combustion engine with divided chambers is proposed. It is based on the energy-mass conservation and also takes into account the effects of configuration parameters such as the relative volume ratio and throat area on the turbulence flow. Coupled with the quasi-dimensional combustion model , this method has been used to calculate the combustion parameters. Calculated results are found to be in good agreement with experimental data. It has been found that the accuracy of calculation by the quasi-dimensional combustion model is significantly improved.
