摘要
为了从心电和血脉搏的同步采集信号中提取有诊断心血管疾病价值的特征参数,设计了信号采集器和计算机数据处理系统.该系统可以无创伤性地对心电和血脉搏信号实现连续同步采集、波形滚动和冻结显示、数据保存和处理.处理功能包括在时域中对各时间间期、峰值比率、幅相关系和延迟时间的计算分析和相关分析,在频域中对信号的自功率谱和互功率谱的分析.初步临床试验和计算结果表明,一些参数可构成定量分析,并作为对传统诊断心血管疾病方法的有力的补充.
A microprocessor-based noninvasive analyzer system for examining and extracting clinically important parameters from ECG and pulse waveform is described. The parameters should be sensitive enough to distinguish the normal state from the pathological one. The system consists of a measuring unit and a signal processing unit with an IBM-PC computer. The sampled data of ECG and pulse are stored and can be displayed and differentiated and an amplitude-phase graph can be plotted. The signal processing program is capable of calculating new parameters on the time domain,frequency domain and correlation function. Preliminary results are presented which indicate that the system is useful to the analysis of the ECG and pulse wave for clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
