摘要
基于水电站机组容易起停和调整出力的特点,为满足电力系统实时自动发电控制的要求,研究了一种分阶段优化的数学模型和算法,并在葛洲坝二江电厂得到了实施,运行情况良好,电厂的安全运行和自动化水平得到了提高.最后,对各类水电站运用该数学模型和算法实现自动发电控制可获得的经济效益进行了分析.
By making use of the characteristics of easy start/stop and output adjustment of the hydro units, a new mathematical model and algorithm for stage-by-stage optimization have been developed to meet the requirements of real-time automatic generation control (AGC) in power system and implemented at Gezhouba Erjiang Hydropower Plant. The AGC program has since 1989 been operating continuously and satisfactorily.
