摘要
本文对柴油机排气微粒泡沫陶瓷过滤器的热再生过程建立了一个数学模型,可用来估算再生过程中过滤器内微粒的燃烧速率、滤芯温度等的变化历程等热再生参数。模型预测与实验结果作了对比,两者基本吻合。理论与实验都证实泡沫陶瓷滤芯在热再生时热损坏的可能性很小,可靠性良好。
A mathematical model was proposed for the thermal regeneration processof diesel exhaust particulate trap with ceramic foam element.The modelcould be used to estimate the trap regeneration parameters,such as oxidationor regeneration rate of deposited particulate,temperature of ceramic element,etc.,during thermal regeneration process.Comparison between model pre-dictions and experiment data was made and good agreement was achieved.The possibility of thermal damage of ceramic element during regenerationwas analyzed by means of the model,and encouraging positive result wasobtained.
