摘要
采用灵敏度分析法来分析电力电子装置不同位置上寄生电容的对共模传导干扰影响大小,有助于解决电力电子装置传导干扰分析中传播途径确定较难的问题。以软关断斩波器为例进行研究,计算其输入端和输出端对地寄生电容对传导干扰的灵敏度。并通过在斩波器不同位置上人为加入不同值电容的方法实验测量寄生电容的影响大小来验证理论分析结果。研究表明连接在LISN输入侧的寄生电容影响较小,而连接在LISN输出侧的寄生电容影响较大,且其影响在不同的频段也不同。该结论对于传导干扰研究中寄生电容的处理有一定的指导意义。
The sensitivity analysis technique is applied on the study of common-mode conducted interference(CM EMI) of a soft-switched DC/DC converter. It is helpful to solve the problem of determining the spreading path of the CM EMI. The sensitivity of parasitic capacitors can be derived by solving the node equations of equivalent common-mode EMI circuit. For the given soft-switched DC/DC converter, the results of sensitivity analysis are agreed with the experiment measurements. It is proved that the LISN-input-side parasitic capacitors have trivial effects on CM EMI and LISN-output-side parasitic capacitors have significant effects on CM EMI. This approach is very useful for future handling parasitic capacitors in the study of conducted interference of DC power supply.
