本文用三向光弹性法研究了40-200柴油机的曲轴强度;得到了圆形凹角和油孔处的最大应力和理论应力集中系数;计算了疲劳安全系数,从而为40-200柴油机曲轴强度计算提供了可靠的依据。

In this paper crankshaft strength of 40-200 diesel engine is investigatedby means of three dimensional photoelasticity.The maximum stress andtheoretical coefficients of stress concentration in circular shoulder fillet andoil hole are obtained.The fatique safety coefficients are calculated.Adependable foundation is provided for calculating crankshaft strength of 40-200 diesel engine.
